The corporate environment is always changing, but the expectations remain the same – do more with less, and do it better. What does tomorrow look like within the world of Procurement?
In the future, procurement processes will require more streamlined methods of obtaining the resources and services required for each project, operation, and department.
Procurement will need to mature as a vital element in the business strategy of any organization. Procurement teams are evolving rapidly from being focused on cost reduction to playing a more strategic role driving enterprise-wide value.
During this seminar we will dive into the changing role of Procurement.
